Gluten free breaded fish

This is now my families favourite recipe for fish.

Marinade

  • 1/4 cup Braggs soy sauce
  • 1 tsp fresh garlic
  • 1 tsp ground fresh ginger
  • 4 tsp sesame oil
  • 3 tbsp almond butter.
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • Mix all ingredients in a blender until smooth. Pour into a container that is big enough to lay your fish fillets into. Soak the fish in marinade for a least an hour. In a food processor add 1 cup oats and 1 cup quinoa  or millet, blend until it becomes a powder.
  • Take the marinaded fish and lightly coat in the the breading. In a frying pan or skillet  add 1 tbsp coconut oil. Heat until melted. Med heat. Add fish and brown on both sides. Approx 10 minutes a side. Fish should flake apart when done.
