Sunshine Smoothie

This tasty smoothie as taken from the What’sUp USANA website. I changed it to incorporate our new shakes.

1 frozen or fresh banana

1 apple chopped

1 cup fresh orange juice

1/4 chopped carrots

1 cup soy, almond or rice milk

I scoop MySmart Shake (soy, whey or plant) from USANA

I packet of orange optimizer (USANA)

Add 1 cup of ice

I use a Vita Mix blender.

blend and enjoy.!!!
