12WBT offers a distinctive online program that integrates exercise, nutrition, and mindset coaching. Whether your goal is to lose weight, build strength, learn to run, train for a half marathon, or get fit during menopause, 12WBT has a tailored program for you.

As a participant in a 12WBT Round, you’ll benefit from the support of our expert team. Each round consists of a 4-week Pre-Season followed by 12 weeks of comprehensive content covering nutrition, exercise, and mindset.

During Pre-Season, you’ll access essential tasks to set yourself up for success, as well as our full Recipe and Exercise Index, including Workout Videos and Express Workouts, allowing you to try out our delicious recipes and engaging workouts.

In the subsequent 12 weeks, you’ll receive weekly Meal Plans, Exercise Plans, and Shopping Lists. Additionally, My Tracker and My Stats pages will help you monitor your food intake, exercise, mindset, and measurements, keeping you accountable and on track with your progress.

To join the 12WBT team for a single round, you can choose between a one-time payment of $159 or 12 weekly installments of $19.99 (totaling $239.88).

For a 12WBT Lifestyle membership, you have the following options:

A 12-month membership is available for an upfront payment of $519 or weekly installments of $9.99.
A 6-month membership can be purchased with a one-time payment of $259.

12WBT is structured so that all participants begin and complete the program simultaneously.

Here are the dates for the upcoming rounds:

  • September 2024: Pre-Season began on August 5th, and the round starts on September 2nd, 2024.
  • October 2024: Pre-Season begins on September 2nd, and the round kicks off on October 7th, 2024.

The amount of weight you can expect to lose with 12WBT varies based on several factors, including age, gender, height, current weight, lean muscle mass, fitness level, exercise type and intensity, and more.

While there’s no precise formula, as a general guideline:

If you weigh less than 100kg, you might lose between 0.5-1.5kg per week.
If you weigh between 100-129kg, you could lose between 1.5-3kg per week.
If you weigh more than 130kg, you may see a loss of 1.5-5kg per week.

12WBT Lifestyle is our newest membership option for those wanting to access multiple rounds per year or for those wanting yearly access to the 12WBT recipes and workouts, plus other exciting content.
