Amount of  calories burned during exercise, will depend on your body weight.

Here are some popular exercises and the approx calories burned during a 1 hour session.

Weight lifting:  130 lbs-177 calories,  155 lbs- 211 cal,  180 lbs-245 cal,  205 lbs-279 cal

Moderate walking: 130 lbs- 236 cal,   155 lbs- 281 cal,  180 lbs- 327 cal,  205 lbs- 372 cal

Running 12 min mile.: 130 lbs- 472 cal,  155 lbs – 563 cal,  180 lbs – 654 cal, 205 lbs- 745 cal

Cycling leisure: 130 lbs – 236 cal, 155 lbs – 281 cal, 180 lbs- 327 cal, 205 lbs – 372 cal

Aerobics: 130 lbs – 384 cal, 155 lbs – 457 cal, 180 lbs – 531 cal, 205 lbs – 605 cal

Zumba: 150 lbs – 599 calories

To lose 1 lb per week on average. You need to reduce your caloric intake by 500 calories a day. Or increase your exercise by burning 500 calories a day. So therefore if you reduce your caloric intake by 500 calories a day and increase your exercise, you can burn approx 2 pounds a week.

Make sure you include a good quality multi vitamin into your routine as they will give you more energy and help with free radical damage. You need all the B vitamins to support your adrenal glands. If you support your adrenal glands you will handle stress better and sleep better as well.
