2 mangos. I use ripe ones some, recipes call for green not quite ripe.
2 tablespoons lime juice (freshly squeezed)
2 tablespoons fish sauce (this makes it)
1 tablespoon palm sugar or coconut sugar
1 tsp hot sauce or more. Depends on your taste
thinly sliced onion. I use 1 small onion.
2 tablespoons Cilantro leaves (chopped)
2 tablespoons mint leaves (chopped)
1/2 cup cashews (optional; roasted; halves or whole)
