Chocolate pudding

This pudding is amazing. So yummy and healthy. Would could be better. You can play around with the ingredients for your own taste. I find I have been combining recipes. Don’t restrict yourself to thinking that you weren’t crazy about a recipe you ditch it. Make it your own.!!!

1 banana

4 pitted dates

1 avocado

1 cup chocolate almond or soy milk

1 tbsp maple syrup or raw honey. Add more if you like it sweeter.

1/2 cup cocoa ( I buy the Camino brand for superstore)

1 tbsp chia seeds

Blend in a food processor let sit to let chia seeds absorb liquid. Then eat it up!!!
