3 Step -Prep and planning program $150

Total of 3 hours

1st step – clean out cupboards

2nd step- trip to the grocery store

3rd step- cooking with me

I will help organize your cupboards and show you what foods to include in your shopping list, and help you shop. I will help you cook and show you shortcuts to making eating healthy and fun and interesting.

3 Nutritional Visits – 2 hour total $160

First visit will help you learn how to prep and plan. You will learn step by step- week by week what to eat, how much to eat. What foods help reduce inflammation and heal the body -90 mins

2nd and 3rd visit ( 40 mins total ) will tailor your needs. You will learn what products to avoid on you skin and home and to help you avoid toxins as well as ways to improve digestion, get better sleep, relieve symptoms of arthritis, crohns, IBS, and many more.

 

8 Week Intensive program $350

This 8 week program will walk you through step by step. You will be shown what foods, herbs and vitamins your body will need to heal and be brought back into balance.

You will meet with me every week for 3 weeks. Then every two weeks for 5 visits. This program will give you all the tools you need to create great habits and stay on track.

 

Check with your insurance provider to see if my services are covered on you plan. I am registered with Greenshield and Manulife.
