Our amazing skin

Our skin is the largest organ in the body. It takes a lot of abuse. So we need to take care of it from the inside out.

When people tell me they have skin issues, often times they are treating it topically.  They use moisturizers, lotions  and potions. Sometimes they go to the doctor and get steriod creams. This does not get to the root of the  problem in most cases. When I help people with skin issues, we need to look inside the body. How does a nutritionist see inside the body? Glad you asked…. I ask lots of questions, matter of fact I have people fill out a questionnaire that asks 350 questions. The results of that questionnaire tells me a great deal what is happening inside the body. We may need to cleanse the liver. Heal up digestion by adding fiber, or probiotics, or support digestion with apple cider vinegar, add Omega 3 and multi vitamins. We may take out some foods that are causing a problem. Dairy is a very common one. Removing sugar and coffee may help. In most cases the skin issues clear up.

Eat healthy, drink water, exercise, then add chemical free skin care. I trust a company with an amazing line of skin care that has made an incredible difference with my skin. It has the same science as their supplement line. Cell signalling that is above and beyond anything else in the market place today.
