What are nourishing foods ?

Most people know they need to eat fruits and veggies. No brainer..right? Well there is more to it than that. We need to understand inflammation and acidity as well.

Most people are not taught that. That is unfortunately the things that most people don’t understand. They count points, weigh food. Count calories. Etc etc. They may lose some weight, then put it back on. They are still not sleeping well, or not have much more energy as they would like. They may be even struggling with some type of disease, and wonder why, and truly mystified because they think they are eating healthy.

Let me share the incredible info that I have shared with hundreds of my clients, that have truly changed their lives. The results are incredible, because they never went on a diet.!!!
