This is truly my favourite salad ever.!!! The dressing is incredible. I crave it often.
Vegetable options
zucchini, carrots, red onion (or leeks, green onions) , red, yellow, orange or green peppers, red or green cabbage, green apple, cauliflower, or cabbage, broccoli. Coconut (organic).
Julienne and finely chop all the veggies.
Almond Chili Sauce
3 tbsp maple syrup
1 lemon juiced ( 2 to 3 tbsp)
2 small garlic cloves
4 dates soaked for approx 2 hours
4 tbsp braggs soy sauce
1 inch (2 1/2 cm) ginger peeled and chopped
1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp cayenne or hot sauce
1/2 cup almond butter
1/2 cup water (for thinning)
