These waffles are gluten free and packed with protein.

1 cup organic oat flour

4 scoops protein powder (I use USANA’s plant based powder)

1/2 tsp baking powder

1/2 tsp baking soda

2 tbsp ground flax or chia seeds

cinnamon to taste

mix dry together well

Wet

2 eggs separated (white beat until fluffy)

2 tbsp melted coconut oil

1 3/4 cup nut milk

1 tbsp nut butter

1 tsp vanilla

mix all the met together but fold in white at the end

Add any berries or fruit that you like.

heat a waffle iron and rub with coconut oil.

cook for 5 mins.

If waffles pull apart you have used too much batter. Or you can make these into pancakes.
