Arthritis and general joint pain

I am finding that a large percentage of my clients are suffering from joint pain. It seems that it’s most common after the age of 50.

Maybe you had digestive issues when you were younger. Gas and bloating. Maybe you suffered with allergies. You then didn’t experience these symptoms any more, but now you have joint pain.

Did you know that that is common? Mild to moderate inflammation if not dealt with when you are younger leads to more serious issues later in life. Just as cancer takes years to create tumors in the body. Diseases like arthritis, diabetes etc can take years to manifest.

Unfortunately often times we do not realize that simple symptoms such as chronic stuffy nose, or upset stomach, gas and bloating are your body’s first signals to you that it is not happy with what’s going on. Left unattended these symptoms manifest into bigger problems.

Or have you heard people say I can eat anything ? Nothing bothers me. That worries me as well. You should be able to feel differences in your body when you eat different foods. Your body will stop giving you signals if you don’t listen to it. I have had lots of clients, clean up their diet, and then seem very aware of what foods they can and cannot eat.

It is not until we take out some harmful foods, let the body heal, that it can work properly and you will be in tune with the signals.

Arthritis is a prime example of inflammation from foods and environment. Clean up the diet, and add some great anti inflammatory foods and supplements and joint pain can be greatly reduced or even eliminated.

Fish oil is critical for those with Arthritis. It is a great anti inflammatory. It is also imperative for the synovial fluid in the joints. The synovial fluid make from Omega 3 oils. Eating too much Omega 6 and 9 can lead to inflammation. Not all fish oil is created equal. I only take a fish oil that is triple distilled that extracts any chemicals or impurities. We also cannot get enough from eating fish. Most fish does not contain enough Omega 3 (as it depends on what they eat), and they are also containing chemicals and mercury.
