Salmon Loaf

This recipe comes from  Nova Scotia from my Grandmother. This is my favourite comfort food, as well as my families. My daughter would bring it to school in a thermos all the time. Sometimes when I would be making it in the morning, she couldn’t wait and ate some for breakfast as well.

2 to 3 cans wild salmon ( not drained)

1/3 cup chopped onion

1/3 chopped celery or parsely or both

2 tbsp melted organic butter

1 tsp apple cider vinegar

2 beaten eggs

1 cup oats

mix together and put in a greased loaf pan

Make at 400 for 30 mins.
